This Privacy Policy describes how "Edukapi Marketing Agent" (the "Application"), an internal tool operated by Edukapi SpA ("Edukapi"), handles information as part of its operation. The Application is first-party: it automates the creation, publishing, and management of marketing content on Edukapi's own channels, accounts, and advertising assets, and is not directed at the general public.
The Application integrates with the following platforms, always on Edukapi's own accounts:
In no case does the Application access third-party or external user data, nor does it collect personal information about Edukapi's customers through these APIs.
The Application uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to Edukapi's own YouTube channel. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Use of the Meta and TikTok platforms is also governed by their respective terms and policies:

Authorization data is used solely to publish and manage marketing content on Edukapi's own accounts. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except with the platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok) to the extent necessary to operate their APIs.
Authorization tokens are stored securely within Edukapi's infrastructure and are retained only while the Application needs to operate. They are deleted when access is revoked or when they are no longer needed.
You can revoke the Application's access to each platform at any time:
Upon revocation, the stored tokens become invalid and are deleted. To request deletion of any associated data, write to legal@edukapi.com.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect authorization data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
