These Terms of Service govern the use of "Edukapi Marketing Agent" (the "Application"), an internal tool operated by Edukapi SpA ("Edukapi"). By using the Application, you accept these terms.
The Application is an internal, first-party tool that automates the creation, publishing, and management of marketing content on Edukapi's own channels, accounts, and advertising assets across YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. It is not a service directed at the general public.
By using the Application you agree to be bound by the terms of the platforms it integrates with:
The Application is used solely to publish and manage Edukapi's own content on its accounts. It must not be used to infringe third-party rights, the platform policies (YouTube/Google, Meta, TikTok), or applicable law.
Content published through the Application belongs to Edukapi or its respective owners. The "YouTube" and "Google" trademarks belong to Google LLC; "Facebook", "Instagram", and "Meta" to Meta Platforms, Inc.; and "TikTok" to ByteDance Ltd. and its affiliates.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Edukapi shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
